  • lb Ground Beef
  • 1 15oz Can of Kidney Beans
  • 1 15oz Can of Black Beans
  • 1 15oz Can of Pinto Beans
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
  • 1 White Onion, Diced
  • 2 tbsps Chili Powder
  • 2 tsps Cumin
  • 2 tsps Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 8oz Can of Tomato Paste
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Shredded Cheddar, for serving
  • Diced Onion, for serving
  1. Begin cooking ground beef in a large pot. Once it begins to brown, add in diced onions and garlic. 
  2. Once beef is cooked, drain off excess fat and add tomato paste and spices. Stir together and reduce heat to low. Simmer for an hour to let all the flavor develop!
  3. Add in beans and a dash of water if the chili is not the desired consistency. Simmer for 10 minutes. 
  4. Serve with onions and cheddar on top.
